In the summer of 1996, during the Games of the XXVI Olympiad, Freakopotamus played at the Olympic Village for athletes competing in the canoe slalom on the Ocoee River near Ducktown, Tennessee. Afterwards the band entertained the public at The Sand Bar in Chattanooga, where this performance was recorded by David B. Little.
